Qualification Process
To ensure that our services are maintained at the highest quality level, we have strict qualification process for linguists.
At least 3 years of translation/localization experience.
Expert command of both English and Chinese.
In-depth knowledge on his/her fields.
Excellent communication skills and teamwork abilities.
Able to use computer aided translation tools such as Trados.
Master degree or above with strong linguistic background.
Detail-oriented and strong sense of responsibility for quality.
Ø Translation test on his/her fields are taken and evaluated.
Ø If pass, he/she is trained by experienced linguists with knowledge of tools, style guides etc. and works on small trial projects for 1~3 months.
Ø Monthly training/evaluation is taken for all qualified linguists and actions are taken if necessary.
